Welcome to StatStrike. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Nature of the Service

StatStrike is a football prediction and statistical analysis application. It provides predictions, forecasts, and statistical information based on historical match data, team performance metrics, and pattern analysis algorithms.

StatStrike is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Predictions are not guarantees of outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

2. No Gambling Advice

StatStrike does not provide gambling, betting, or financial advice. The app presents statistical analysis and predictions that users may choose to use at their own discretion. The developer does not recommend, encourage, or endorse gambling of any kind.

If you choose to use the information provided by StatStrike for betting purposes, you do so entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the app's content.

3. Age Requirement

StatStrike is intended for users aged 18 years and older. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The app contains content related to betting markets and odds, which may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

StatStrike offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple's App Store. By subscribing:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

The free tier of StatStrike may display Google AdMob banner advertisements. An eligible subscription removes those ads while the subscription remains active.

6. Data Accuracy

StatStrike uses third-party data sources for fixture information, statistics, and match results. While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all data. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

You should verify important information independently before making any decisions based on the app's content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of StatStrike shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the app
• Any predictions or information provided by the app
• Any gambling losses or financial decisions made based on the app's content
